Creating a piece of jewelry is the same for me as creating a large sculpture. Each of my creations is made by hand from small pieces of silver or other metal that I cut, file, and fit together before soldering. I find inspiration in the process and even though I design on paper before I start, I discover directions I never imagined when I begin construction. My work ranges from highly textured silver and gold pieces reminiscent of lost cultures to more recent bright colors of inlaid resin. There is so much to discover and so little time to do it all!
