For great local jewelry and art created by members of the Jewelers Guild as well as other artisans, check out ArtFest, held the first weekend in June.
Each year members of the SJG participate in a challenge to create a piece of jewelry based on a theme selected by the group for that year. Jewelry based on the year’s theme is on display at the Spokane Rock Roller’s Annual Gem, Mineral & Jewelry Show at the Spokane County Fairgrounds.
2011-2012′s them was “Patterns Found in Nature” and will be posted soon.
2010-2011‘s theme was “Idioms.”
February 3 – 28, 2012.
Jewelry by members of the SJG is available at the gallery4south (4 South Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee, WA).
December 1 – December 31, 2011.
Jewelry by members of the SJG will be available at Pottery Place Plus (203 N. Washington, on the main floor of Aunties Bookstore, downtown Spokane) December 1 – 31. Artists reception: part of the First Friday celebrations on December 2nd, 5-9pm.
April 13 – July 10, 2011.
Jewelry by members of the SJG will be on display as part of the Seattle Metals Guild Biennial Exhibition in Seattle, Washington at the WA State Convention Center. Artists reception: April 17, 2011.
May 7 – June 19, 2011.
Jewelry by members of the SJG will be on display and offered for sale at our show entitled “Torch, Hammer and Stone” at the Entree Gallery on Priest Lake. Artists reception: May 29 from 1-3 pm.
